Welcome to The Chicken Coop Writing Group!
Join us on the last Tuesday of the month from 6-8 pm for an evening of writing at Lost in Leith Bar & Fermentaria with Leith-based writer Naomi Head.
Writers of all levels and genres are welcome at this monthly group. Naomi will guide you through open-ended, multi-disciplinary writing exercises and exciting and supportive sharing sessions. From short story writing or poetry to creative non-fiction or copywriting (plus everything in between), you'll find something to spark your creativity at the Coop.
If you'd like to see some of our previous creative prompts to get an idea of what we do at the Coop, you can sign up for our newsletter. Past prompts have varied in theme and include Shark Love Stories, Planet Eating Birds, Buildings With Feelings, Imagining Better Futures, Bring-your-own-inspiration, Work Culture, and Horror Stories.
To keep these events accessible, we're offering pay-what-you-can tickets with a minimum suggested donation of £3.

Your donations will cover and contribute to the following:
£3 covers our space hire
£5 will cover the space hire and materials
£5+ is greatly appreciated and will be reinvested towards the planning of future Good Egg Project events.
