The Chicken Cartel x Tondou Ramen Collaboration

Join us for an exclusive collaboration between The Chicken Cartel by Chef Donnie Gomes and Tondou Ramen by Chef Kota Uechi. Together, they’ve crafted The Okinawa, a limited-edition chicken sandwich that layers crispy chicken breast glazed in Nanban sauce with Okinawa soba noodles, a soy-marinated egg (Nitamago), spicy sprouts, and a rich Taru Taru mayo all on a toasted brioche bun. To sip alongside, a house-made Tondou Lemonade of course!
