Overview:
1. Coffee Production
(Activity: Taste 2-3 coffees of different origins & processes)
2. Transport, Roast, Storage (Activity: Cup defects/bad coffee samples)
(Tentative: Watch/smell a sample roast)
3. Brewing: 6 Fundamentals, esp. Water Chemistry
(Activity: Messing w/ Minerals)
4. Chemistry of Aromas & Flavors (Activity: Sniff stuff by Le Nez du Cafe)
$11, includes a bag of coffee & a cupping spoon!
