The official opening of the ImPulse Art Gallery will present “The Charlie Parker Suite”, an exhibition featuring large-scale paintings by figurative artist Michael Brantley celebrating Kansas City's ingenious innovator American saxophonist Charlie "Bird" Parker, taking place at 1007 Armour Road, North Kansas City on Thursday, December 8, 2022. Keynote speaker: American saxophonist, composer, and educator Bobby Watson speaks on "How Charlie Parker Changed Music."
