The changing Workplace and Employment landscape

Join us for a considered and reflective presentation on how the government’s proposed Employment Law reforms, and changes to the laws on sexual harassment, will impact on your organisation. We will discuss the benefits they can offer progressive employers and what changes and adaptations need to be made to meet meet the challenges of change in the workplace. We will have a presentation regarding the laws in general and then specifcally about Sexual Harrasment. We will then focus on the impact on the employment processes and a review of the labour market. The presentations will be followed by a Q and A as well as the opportunity for attendees to discuss the changes and how they will influence their work environment in small groups. There will also be the opportunity to have 1-1 conversations with the experts for specific advice.
