The Chakra Sound Journey - Guided Meditation & Sound Bath Lay still in the resonant frequencies of sound, as they gently massage your energy body, aligning your seven chakras.
Under the gentle guidance of Michelle Davis, embark on a short guided meditation, exploring within each chakra, releasing blockages, and restoring your inner flow.
As you travel through the chakra system, Hannah Banana & Jim Butler will intuitively play their sound healing instruments, leading you on a journey of sound into a deeply relaxing state of savasana.
Feel the earth's grounding energy beneath you, as crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes weave a tapestry of sound, washing away stress and ushering in a profound sense of peace and rejuvenation.
The Gathering Space Studio has everything you may need for a comfortable soundbath experience - but if you prefer, please bring your own Yoga Mat, Blanket, Pillows, Water bottle and any divination items you may desire.

About Your Practioners:
Michelle Davis:
Michelle Davis, BA Theatre & Dance, is a New Hampshire native. At a young age, Michelle was inspired by the beauty of the natural world which influenced her studies of holistic beauty, natural healing, ancient practices, and spirituality.Michelle has 5 yoga teacher certifications and has extensive experience in teaching yoga classes, specialized workshops and yoga events.
Jim Butler:
Jim Butler, Electronic and New Age musician Jim Butler has been creating music since he was 16 years old, which was the first time he picked up a guitar. After releasing two acoustic albums in 2004 and 2005, Jim decided to change directions musically and learn how to play the piano and synthesizers. It was in December of 2006 that Jim released his first podcast. ‘Dark Ambient’. That podcast ran for almost 4 years before it was replaced by the ‘Deep Energy Podcast’. The Deep Energy Podcast is a combination of New Age Electronic music and progressive Ambient music. The combination make a unique sound, almost infinite, with the music having no true beginning or end, just long form soundscapes.
Hannah Banana:
Hannah Banana is a live full spectrum artist from Southern NH with a primary focus on creating artwork to raise the vibration of the receiver. Banana is the founder of Together We Heal: A Sacred Arts Collective, which has a mission to provide a range of sacred arts offerings directly to the community. Her creative vision enables you to find inspiration and beauty in the most unexpected places, and her belief in our divine connection is a powerful reminder that we are all part of something greater than ourselves.
