The Centrestage: Celebration in the Spotlight
The Centrepoint will welcome The Centrestage for its second edition, themed “Celebration in the Spotlight”, on 1 and 2 August 2026 at the mall's Level 1 Atrium. Headlined by homegrown artists Jeff Ng and Yokez, alongside indie-pop trio Absence! and other local acts, the showcase brings 10 creative voices into the heart of Orchard Road.
The return of The Centrestage underscores The Centrepoint’s commitment to curating lively, engaging experiences for visitors. By giving local artists opportunities to perform and connect with new audiences, the programme adds vibrancy to everyday mall visits while encouraging visitors to discover local talent.

- Live performances with up-and-coming and established Singaporean talent
The Centrestage spotlights homegrown music in the heart of Orchard Road, celebrating Singapore’s diverse voices this National Day.
Recognised as one of Singapore's most prominent buskers and one of this year’s headliners, Jeff Ng brings nearly two decades of experience spanning original music, highly popular street performances and festival appearances. Yokez will helm the other headline performance with her fresh, bilingual Mandopop sound and strong digital appeal that appeals to younger audiences.Visitors can also look forward to performances by Singapore indie-pop trio Absence!, rising talent 11-year-old Elijah Seah, Eli Low, Julian, Ishbel Warifa, Ryan Wu, SMU Chamber Choir, Noah Fang, Bernice Ong and Jenshin.

Beyond the live performances, the weekend event will also showcase a curated line-up of homegrown lifestyle brands such as SADSHRIMPS, The Liquor Shop and White Rabbit, giving visitors more opportunities to discover and support local businesses.In collaboration with Singapore illustrator Natasha Elle, founder of lifestyle brand SADSHRIMPS, shoppers who spend a minimum of $61 can redeem the limited-edition SADSHRIMPS x The Centrepoint Mug and Sticker Set, featuring the illustrator's whimsical designs as a keepsake celebrating local artistry.

FRx members can also redeem complimentary “muah chee” or peanut mochi during the event, adding another local favourite to the weekend festivities.
A dedicated photo opportunity within the atrium also invites visitors to capture and share the experience. The celebrations continue on 8 and 9 August, where shoppers who spend a minimum of $20 at FRx participating stores can redeem a complimentary customised iron-on pouch, limited to the first 150 redemptions per day, while stocks last.
