Welcome to The CCS Somerset Convention 2024. If we were to ask, ‘what does community mean to you,’ what would you say? 

We are inviting people who are working with Somerset’s communities to join us on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at The Canalside Conference Centre, for a day of collaboration, conversation, and workshops. 

The event will start at 9:30 AM and you’ll have the chance to take part in workshops, centered around grassroots community needs and key topics such as poverty, transport, food, and health and wellbeing. Together with like-minded peers we’ll explore how we can work better together to meet the needs of the people of Somerset in challenging times. 

We will confirm the programme, speakers, and workshop facilitators nearer the time. 

Places are available at no cost. We invite attendees from the public and private sector to pay a suggested fee of £25.
