Join us for an unforgettable centennial celebration honoring the history, legacy, life, and leadership of the George Washington Carver Museum and Cultural Center at its Centennial 100 Years Forward Gala.

The Carver’s landmark celebration will bring together a vibrant community of African American leaders and stakeholders committed to preserving and advancing The Carver’s enduring legacy in Arizona. Hosted at The Carver—formerly Phoenix Colored High School—the Gala serves as a platform to recognize 100 years of resilient history and highlight the museum and cultural center’s role as a center of gravity and dynamic ecosystem for African Americans.

This special centennial evening will bring together a diverse array of stakeholders to reflect on the future of The Carver and Black history, arts, culture, and education in Arizona. Join us for an elegant evening of storytelling, recognition, and celebration, featuring remarks from keynote speaker and Phoenix Suns legend Kevin Johnson.
