Our Carers’ Café is specifically for those who care for someone living with dementia with either/both living within East Belfast.
This is a monthly Peer Support Group designed with carers’ wellbeing being of main priority. We want to ensure that carers feel supported in East Belfast and provide them with a platform to share experiences, learn about what services are out there for their loved one but most importantly; to have this safe space to focus on themselves.
