Why do we host a fun run?
We come together to celebrate the 8th anniversary of The Caleb Effect Foundation becoming an official non-profit organization! Caleb LOVED all the excitement, camaraderie and joy of race day! In fact, the last week of his life, he was thrilled to jump up and down on the streets of downtown OKC for the OKC Memorial Marathon. He was there honoring his great aunt, Ruth (a survivor and regular course marshal), cheering for his mom, and sharing his joy with thousands of runners and spectators. We are doing our best to let that love shine above our grief and to share "The Caleb Effect" with anyone who will listen.
Help us spread Caleb's contagious love and easy connection while bringing awareness, research and support for those affected by SUDC or (Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood). We know Caleb would be clapping proudly and giving you virtual high "fives" wherever you live.
