The Caldwell Institute for Public Safety Corp is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports charitable, educational, and research-based initiatives in public safety and victim advocacy.

The Caldwell Institute for Public Safety is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization and engages in public education and issue advocacy on policies related to crime prevention and community safety.

All tax-deductible contributions must be made directly to the 501(c)(3) entity. Contributions to the 501(c)(4) entity are not tax-deductible but support critical awareness and advocacy efforts.

No funds raised at this event will be used to support or oppose any candidate for public office. Attendance by elected officials, members of Congress, and executive branch personnel is permitted in accordance with federal, state, and local ethics rules. No Refund Policy for Donations

1.1. Irrevocable Gifts: All donations made to the Caldwell Institute for Public Safety, a 501(c)(4) organization registered in the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as "the Organization"), are considered irrevocable gifts and are not refundable under any circumstances. By making a donation to the Organization, the donor acknowledges and agrees that:

(a) The donation is voluntary and made without expectation of return or refund.

(b) The Organization has complete discretion in the application of donated funds within the scope of its charitable mission.

(c) Once processed, all donations become the sole property of the Organization.

1.2. Tax Implications: Donors are advised to consult with their tax advisors regarding the deductibility of their donations. The Organization does not provide tax advice.

1.3. Errors in Processing:

1.3.1. In the event of a demonstrable error in processing a donation (e.g., incorrect amount charged), the Organization will work with the donor to rectify the situation.

1.3.2. Any adjustments made due to processing errors shall not be considered a refund but rather a correction of the original intended donation.

1.4. Cancellation of Recurring Donations: Donors with recurring donation arrangements may cancel future scheduled donations at any time by contacting the Organization in writing. Such cancellations will not affect donations already processed.

1.5. Compliance with Laws: This no refund policy is in accordance with Florida state laws governing charitable organizations and the Internal Revenue Code provisions applicable to 501(c)(3) organizations.

1.6. Modification of Policy: The Organization reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the Organization's official channels and willnot apply retroactively to donations made prior to the modification date.

1.7. Severability: If any provision of this policy is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

1.8. Governing Law: This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

1.9. Acceptance: By making a donation to the Organization, the donor expressly agrees to be bound by this no refund policy.
