Our poetry slam is back with more 3min slots available for slammers to wow, woe and otherwise win our hearts. As usual, there will be great prizes for our winner (or, as Rick puts it, 'shit prizes').We are delighted to announce that we shall be having Sallyanne Rock as our feature poet this month!!!!!
Sallyanne Rock is from the Black Country. Her poetry has been published in various journals and anthologies including Eye Flash, Away With Words, Anthropocene, Finished Creatures, Dear Damsels and 100 Voices. Her work has been displayed alongside The Women’s Quilt at National Trust The Workhouse, Southwell. She was awarded the Creative Future Gold Prize for Poetry in 2019. Her debut pamphlet, Salt & Metal, is published by Fawn Press.
