THE BUTCHER'S MASQUERADE is a Halloween dance party inspired by Dungeon Crawler Carl, the beloved LitRPG series by Matt Dinniman. In Book 5, the Butcher's Masquerade is a peace-sealed ball held in the depths of the sixth floor - a grand, dangerous event where the most powerful crawlers alive eat, dance, and wait for everything to explode.

We're bringing those vibes to Wicked Eden on October 24th, 2026.

The Details:

This is a 21+ event. All costumes welcome - DCC character, dark fantasy, gothic formal, dungeon creature, or your own Halloween masterpiece.

Produced by The Autonomy Project, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Columbus, OH, operating Wicked Eden at 2912 S High St.

No spectators. Everyone is a crawler tonight.
