Construction Excellence Liverpool City Region is pleased to host a panel discussion with Q&A titled; The Building Safety Act – One Year On.
Regulatory updates came into effect on 1 October 2023 following Royal Assent of The Building Safety Act 2022 and new regulations published on 17 August 2023.
The panel discussion, now we are almost a year on, will focus on the client/consultancy side of the industry and the implications of changes in PI insurance and the wider potential implications for clients and their project teams.
Generally there still seems to be a lack of awareness of the mandatory compliance required of the updated legislation.
This panel event invites a selection of representatives from the industry to provide an update on how they have witnessed the legislation becoming integrated into the industry and how their organisations have implemented changes to comply with the relevant requirements of The Act.
