About this Event
Your breath is something you’re doing all day long (duh), but most of us were never actually taught how to breathe in a way that supports the nervous system and emotional landscape.
This workshop is for you if:
✨You notice yourself holding your breath without realizing it, or tending toward fast, shallow breathing
✨You want to breathe more efficiently to support your physical and emotional well-being
✨You’re curious about breathwork as an accessible, everyday tool for grounding and self-regulation
Maybe you feel wired and tired at the same time, or like it's hard to settle down at the end of the day.
Or maybe you’re just ready to feel a little more at home in your body.

Our time together will include…
✨ learning the mechanics of breath in a way that’s simple and actually makes sense
✨ practicing techniques you can use in real-life moments—stressful, low-energy, or anywhere in between
✨ an extended guided breathing session to help gently reset and regulate your nervous system
Hosted in the beautiful studio at Held Space just steps from the G train, this trauma-informed offering doesn't require any breathwork experience—just an open heart and a willingness to connect with your body. 💜
You’ll leave feeling calmer, more resourced, and more in tune with your body, with practical tools you can return to whenever you need a reset.

✨deeply healing: we'll work with a sustained breathing pattern that invites the body to unwind muscle tension, process unfelt emotions, and to release stored stress. This goes all way to a celluar level as it brings improved oxygen delivery and circulation + supports lymphatic drainage.
✨trauma-informed: we’re being gentle and intentional while still going deep, but this isn’t about pushing past your limits or “getting high” with super intense breathing—it's about letting your body lead the way and being willing to meet yourself there.
✨intuitive: a playlist that’s carefully crafted to guide the experience, hands-on energy healing (with consent ofc) during, and with Nicole connected to you and guiding you through every step of the way.
