Move your body, reset your mind, explore local wellness businesses, and give back to the Buffalo community at the Buflo Wellness Crawl.
About this Event

Join us on Saturday, August 29, 2026 for a high-energy day of movement, food, beauty, wellness, and giving back.

Proceeds from the Buflo Wellness Crawl will support Taylor’s Harvest, which serves Buffalo’s unhoused and low-income communities, and Kaely’s Kindness Foundation, which supports teenage girls living with cancer.

Each guest will also receive a curated wellness goodie bag featuring brands like Huppy, Tarte, Liquid I.V., Buoy, BUBBL’R, and more.

The Crawl
Stop 1: Seneca One

1 Seneca Street, Buffalo, NY 14203

We’ll kick off with a group workout class followed by a relaxing sound bath.

Please bring your own workout or yoga mat.

Stop 2: Sunshine Vegan Eats

893 Jefferson Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14204

Guests will enjoy a complimentary kale salad, wellness shot, and sea moss shot.

Stop 3: Uplift Nutrition

2815 Delaware Avenue, Kenmore, NY 14217

Each guest will receive a complimentary protein shake.

Stop 4: Embodied Esthetics WNY at Sanctuary & Co. Studios

3140 Sheridan Drive, Amherst, NY 14226

We’ll end the day with beauty and wellness experiences from several women-owned businesses.

Each guest may choose three complimentary services or experiences, based on availability, including:

• Skin analysis
• Brow lamination
• Brow mapping
• Spray tan skin-preparation class
• B12 shot
• Botox or filler consultation
• Hair tinsel

Light refreshments will also be available.

Important Information

Transportation is not included. Guests are responsible for traveling to each stop.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own workout mat.
