Keith Germaine (who follows the teachings of Thich Nhat Hahn) will share six virtuous practices/attitudes in Buddhism that contribute to the cultivation of inner wisdom, compassion, happiness and enlightenment. Congregants will be invited to reflect and later share on the one that most resonates with them.
