The Buddha's Noble Eightfold Path – Six-Week Buddhism Course (starting 22 June)

The Noble Eightfold Path is the most widely known of the Buddha’s teachings.

It is ancient, extending back to the Buddha’s very first discourse, and is highly valued as a unique treasure of wisdom and practical guidance on how to live our lives.

This course will be a lively and systematic introduction to the Eightfold Path; how the path starts with Vision, a moment of insight, followed by the Transformation of our whole being in the light of that truth – transformation of emotions, imagination, speech, actions, livelihood, effort, awareness and meditation.

The course is accompanied by the book by Sangharakshita that you receive as part of the course.
