Red Mask Players Children's Theater presents "The Bremen Town Musicians" by Claudia Haas."The Bremen Town Musicians" is a Brothers Grimm fairy tale about four aging animals- a donkey, dog, cat, and rooster- who are mistreated by their owners and run away to become musicians in Bremen. On their journey, they discover a cottage in the woods and scare robbers away from it by stacking on top of each other and making a fierce racket. They decide to stay in the cottage instead of continuing to Bremen, finding a happy home together. The story highlights themes of friendship, teamwork, and finding a new purpose in old age.
