Join us for this hands-on event to learn how touch skills can help not just with fetal positioning but building relationship in the prenatal period. This "taster course" covers anatomy of fetal positioning, palpation, abdominal massage practices, caretaking 4 quadrants, and working with specific muscles or ligaments integral to birthwork. By knowing where the baby is in relation to the maternal anatomy, we understand how to reduce interventions. This course is taught through a midwifery lens of understanding normal breech birth so that we can recognize and name normal. We believe that knowing normal breech is essential or there will be no normal breech. Babies in arms welcome, pumping friendly.

The proceeds from this event will be used to pay the instructor and then donated to . A nonprofit formed by Fadwah Halaby to help mothers who may face barriers during pregnancy obtain resources, education, and financial assistance to achieve the home birth they deserve.

Nicole Morales, LM CPM is a homebirth midwife, Spinning Babies® Approved Trainer, and partner with Restory Birthwork. She is also co-author of The Breech Release and The Restorative Midwifery Series. Copies of these books will be available for purchase at the event.

The evening of April 3: $20 per person to accommodate smore's and snacks. Join us for fireside storytelling, community building, and reflective conversations. This community storytelling fire will be about the legacy of midwifery’s past, present and future. We will dive into myths and legends around birthwork and nervous system work for generations to come.

Address of fireside storytelling will be different than breech training event, still in West Palm Beach. Address will be released once tickets are aquired.
