Join us for a powerful evening of guided breathwork and group energy healing in the heart of Kitsilano. This is more than a class, it’s a journey into your own body, intuition, and transformation.
Date: Thursday, September 4
Time: Doors open at 6:50 PM, breathwork from 7:00–8:30 PM
Location: East 5th and Carolina Street, Vancouver
Investment: $50 CAD
What to Bring:Yoga mat, blanket, water, journal, and an open heart
What to Expect:
We’ll begin by gently arriving into presence, reconnecting with the body, tuning in to what’s alive within, and softening the edges of the day.
Then, you’ll be guided through a conscious connected breathwork journey supported by chakra-based energy healing and intuitive facilitation. This practice invites deep emotional release, energetic realignment, and reconnection to your own inner wisdom.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more anchored in your truth.
This session is for you if you’re ready to:
