In this interactive workshop guided by Lauren Leigh Henry, you'll be held in a safe, sacred space to explore the breath as a portal to healing. Lauren Leigh Henry, RN, HN-BC, CCRN, CCTP is a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, certified life coach, sound healer, and board-certified holistic and critical care RN. She holds a 480hr graduate level certificate in spiritual psychology with a focus on one-on-one facilitation and has been facilitating transformation in ceremonial gatherings since 2016. Her multi-modal approach bridges western medicine with somatic and energy healing to support deep, lasting transformation from the inside out. She also facilitates a pop up choir and other related events.
