What this is

Seven Arrows Breathwork™ is a 7-round guided ceremonial journey through the seven directions, each held by one of the Seven Animal Teachers. Four active breath sessions to shake loose what's stuck. Three grounding sessions to bring you back home to yourself.

This is not a yoga class. Not a meditation. Not another thing to figure out or get right. It's 2.5 hours of letting your own breath do work that talking about it never could.


What happens in the room

Arrival + intention setting (15 min) — Ground in, meet the container, set what you're here for. No experience needed.—The journey (75 min) — Seven guided rounds with live music. East, South, West, North, Above, Below, Within. Your breath leads. You follow.—Integration (30 min) — Journal, rest, share if you want. This part is where the work lands.
