Join us as we explore and expand our vital life force energy.
During these sessions, we will explore traditional pranayama, yogic breathing or breath work. Breath work is an umbrella term for any time you take conscious control of your breath and use it as a vehicle to create a shift in your physiology and/or state of mind. Pranayama is a profound yogic practice of exploring and expanding the vital life force energy within, using the breath as our vehicle.
Jeannette focuses on providing guidance and support for practitioners who navigate the intricate dance between professional obligations and family commitments that modern life demands. In a society that prioritizes productivity and high performance, yoga, pranayama/breathwork and mindfulness practices are often conflated with self-optimization. However, she invites us to shift our perspective of these practices to a lens that reveals our raw and authentic experience of life - becoming acquainted with discomfort as a compass for wellbeing and problem-solving. These practices help us attune are ability to become aware of the chaos in our mind and teach us how to become the oberver of that chaos instead of indentify with it.
