In a time of such advancement in technology and industry we have never been more disconnected on multiple levels. We have lost connection to our breath and how are breathing really effects our wellbeing throughout our life’s. We have lost connection to our higher self, to our soul. This is something the Native Americans had prophesized and seemingly something that has come to fruition. We can see how this disconnection has affected our health both mentally and physically. We have lost connection to Papatuanuku (the land) in a world highly stimulated by the artificial. We have lost connection to each other. As we are social beings that thrive in community this has had a profound impact on our health also.

It is clear that disconnection on these levels effects our mind, body and soul and through the power of our breath we can start to make steps to strengthen and re-establish our connection. Allow yourself to surrender to the power of your own breath and watch yourself blossom and grow into the strongest version of yourself.
