Okay guys, kicking off the New Year with our first Breakfast Ride of 2025 on Saturday, January 11th. Our Breakfast Ride is an easier no-drop ride that anyone is welcome to come along on. We ride eight miles to Sanger to have breakfast together at the Blossom Trail Cafe, and then eight miles back to the shop to start our day. Sixteen easy miles with some good people.Meet up at the shop at 6:45 AM on Saturday the 11th and we'll plan to roll out at 7:00 AM. The route is easy - we cut through the neighborhood at Armstrong to connect to Belmont, and then it's a straight-shot out to Academy. We do typically have two groups of riders - a faster group and a more socially-paced group. We encourage you to ride at your own pace but please be able to keep at least a 10 mph average over 16 miles so that the group isn't held back.
Helmets are mandatory! Lights aren't required but highly encouraged. Please make sure that your equipment is in good working condition when you show up and bring a few bucks for breakfast.
We're looking forward to growing the Breakfast Ride in 2025 so be sure to tell all your cycling friends about it. Better yet, invite them along! We'll see everyone on the 11th!
