The Brainfreeze Club offers you a place to talk about mental health in a low-key way. We offer FREE monthly sessions where we discuss different topics that pass your daily life. During our events we highly value a nice and cozy atmosphere, where you feel safe and where is interaction with each other. We invite professional speakers who give workshops and provide you with knowledge and tools to work on your personal growth.

We will always have a snack and a drink ready for you during the session.
