The Bosman Twins Moose Lounge, part IV, at Joe's Cafe!

The Bosman Twins come back to Joe's for their fourth appearance in total and first of three for the year! In 2022 they established themselves at Joe's Cafe Royalty. Well, they were already royalty in the jazz world, but they came to this club and planted their flag with gusto! They are welcome at Joe's for all time at this point. These guys are just pure greatness and everything Joe's Cafe stands for.

We sort of feel like not much needs to be said other than that, but for the uninitiated, these are super heavyweight jazz musicians. Brothers who play off of each other incessantly and can read each other's minds while playing. They play as one unit which gives them a wild assortment of options during a standard tune. They will play standards and originals and play whatever they want with whatever arrangement they want. This is a show when the audience can listen and learn from the masters.

The goal of this Joe's Cafe series was to harken back to the days of The Moose Lounge. That was a club that allowed musicians to open up and experiment with various sounds and music configurations. They could let it fly and play open and free. At the February and May shows they played as such, and it was simply stunning. It was everything music should be. The audience was amazed and delighted, and the musicians had more fun than anyone in the house! So, why not just keep doing it?!

These guys play all over the country and have played all over the world. At times a hero in his hometown is not recognized as a hero, but these two heroes are well known and well respected after putting out amazing sets in STL for decades.

To be this close to these guys as they play at this level will change your perspect6ive on music. It will raise the bar. You will be spoiled after being part of such an amazing experience in music. This will be one crazy, great night and we invite you all to come join us!
