Your evening at the Brooklyn Botanic Ballroom is a fully choreographed dining experience. From the second you step on to the “Red Carpet ” to the final toast, every detail has been curated to honor the spirit of the “Ancestral Echo” theme for the evening.

Upon arrival, you'll be photographed on the “Red Carpet”, then enjoy a delicate Amuse Bouche a chef-inspired "gift for the palate" designed to awaken the senses and set the stage for the feast to follow.

​The Main Event

We invite you to select your preferred entrée at the time of ticket purchase. Each selection is prepared with the finest ingredients and an eye for artistry.

• ​The Signature Beef: A succulent, cut of beef, seared to perfection and draped in a velvety, house-made Cognac Peppercorn cream sauce.
• ​The Seafood Duo: Delicate Flounder fillets, generously stuffed with a rich blend of jumbo lump crab and wild-caught shrimp, finished with a bright white wine and lemon-butter reduction.
• ​The Roasted Hen: A tender, savory-stuffed half Cornish Hen, herb-roasted until golden and bursting with traditional seasonings.

The meal is accompanied by a selection of Fine Wines and Chilled Champagne to toast to our honorees and our shared history.

​The Grand Finale

The experience concludes with a decadent Signature Dessert, served alongside a Gourmet Coffee and Tea Service the perfect accompaniment for an evening of reflection and connection.
