The Book Club - Conversations about Introspection with Ovaflo (Women Only)

Join us for a warm evening of poetry, conversation, and self-reflection as we celebrate International Women’s Day with a special edition of The Book Club. We’re teaming up with Amber Paris, whose melodic poetry will set the tone for an evening of introspection and self-awareness.

Guided by Chloé Heyart, we’ll engage in a meaningful conversation on personal growth, followed by a reflective journaling session with prompts from Amber’s book, Ovaflo.

Whether you’re a long-time journaler or just starting your journey, this event is an invitation to slow down, connect, and explore your inner world in a supportive space. It's also women only.

• Welcome & Introduction (7:00 – 7:10 PM)
  A brief introduction to the event and our speakers.

• Poetry Recital by Amber Paris (7:10 – 7:25 PM)
  Amber will share selections from her book Ovaflo, inviting us into her world through words.

• Conversation on Introspection & Self-Awareness (7:25 – 8:10 PM)
  Moderated by Chloé Heyart, this discussion will explore personal reflection, self-growth, and navigating inner dialogue. We will use the classic Book Club quotes and questions to spark conversation, to facilitate conversation.

• Journaling Session (8:10 – 8:30 PM)
  Using prompts from Ovaflo, we’ll take time to write, reflect, and connect with ourselves.

• Closing & Networking (8:30 – 9:00 PM)
  A chance to share a drink and mingle with the other women at the event, maybe grab a drink at Barbue or Breman Brasserie.
