For International Women's Day, The Book Club is teaming up with The Hoxton Brussels to create a safe space, where we'll journal together.
About this Event

Join us for a warm evening of conversation, and self-reflection as we celebrate International Women’s Day with a special edition of The Book Club. We’re teaming up with The Hoxton Brussels, for an evening of introspection and self-awareness.

We’ll engage in a meaningful conversation on personal growth, our patterns and upbringing, followed by a reflective journaling session with writing prompts.

Whether you’re a long-time journaler or just starting your journey, this event is an invitation to slow down, connect, and explore your inner world in a supportive space. It's also women only.

Run of Show (19:00 – 21:00)

  • Welcome & Introduction (19:00 – 19:25)
A brief introduction to the event and our speakers.

  • Conversation on Introspection & Self-Awareness + Dinner (19:25 – 20:10)
Moderated by Kriticos, this discussion will explore personal reflection, self-growth, and navigating inner dialogue. We will use the classic Book Club quotes and questions to spark conversation, to facilitate conversation. From the menu provided by Cantina Valentina, we'll dine together.

  • Journaling Session (20:30 – 21:00)
Using writing prompts, we’ll take time to write, reflect, and connect with ourselves.

  • Closing & Networking (21:00 – 22:00)
A chance to share a drink and mingle with the other women at the event.

As this event is centred around the dinner, we'll be asking you prepare 45eur to pay for tall the costs at the Hoxton directly.

Your ticket includes:

  • Dinner (3 courses - Main, Side, and Dessert).
  • Welcome Drink of your choice.
  • The Book Club session.
