The Blueprint Course will provide clinicians with a framework to narrow the information gap between education and practice in restoring high level function for rehabilitation professionals. By blending rehab and performance principles, the Rehab 2 Perform Academy aims to create a common language and a cohesive model to provide interdisciplinary integration to best serve the clients needs.

Improving the processes and principles encourages better reasoning and rationale behind decision making in the clinic. This is why we’ve created a 'Blueprint' at Rehab 2 Perform, to allow for the formation of reproducible procedures, individualized plans, and providing a framework for success.

The seminar will be highly valuable for all health and wellness professionals including, but not limited to: physical therapists, chiropractors, personal trainers, performance coaches, athletic trainers, sport coaches, physicians and more!

Schedule: Saturday: 8a-5p, Sunday: 8a-3p

• Early Bird Pricing ($395) - Ends one month prior to event. Cost increase to $495 for General Admission.
• Student Price $250, with payment plan option ($125 x2)

Refund Policy - No Refunds Allowed within two (2) weeks of the event. Outside of two weeks, registration fee minus $100 will be refunded.
