The Mason Wind Symphony welcomes our dedicated audience to a truly unique "concertvation" experience merging earth sustainability awareness and the arts. Audience members are invited to a sustainability marketplace, an education walk featuring research posters, informative exhibits, a pre-concert talk titled "Mission eARTh – “A call to Action for Artists and Audiences in
Earth Conservation," and a featured concert performance of the Mason Wind Symphony titled "The Blue Mable" (8:00pm).
This concert is a collaborative effort between the Reva and Sid Dewberry School of Music, the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, GMU College of Sciences, and the Department of Environmental Science and Policy.
