The Blue and White Scholarship Workshop

Join us for an interactive scholarship workshop where we will assist 10th-12th grade high school students in preparing for college. This is a free event open to students in Summit, Stark, and Portage Counties. Please note that space is limited.
We ask that parents stay for the first 45 minutes, as we will have a financial aid advisor reviewing FAFSA.
The workshop will take place from 11 AM to 3 PM, breakfast and lunch will be provided. Our day will consist of learning about career options, scholarship essay writing, and an opportunity to ask questions about the college experience. Please bring your laptops if you have one; other writing materials will be provided if needed.
Students will also have the opportunity to interact with Dr. Gregory Hill, an Akron native and surgeon.
This event is hosted by the members of the Akron graduate chapters of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
