TOURNAMENT RULES:
The tournament will take place at Tabletop Republic, 37 High Street, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP11 2AG.
Please note there is no parking on site due to our location as a High Street store. The store is step-free ground floor access.
Lunch – there is no food included in the ticket cost, there are a multitude of food businesses nearby within walking distance.
THE TOURNAMENT
The tournament will take place across 3 rounds.
Players are required to bring a matched play army of 2000pts using the latest battle profiles. Legends units are permitted. Armies are required to be fully painted to at least battle ready standard.
The first round will be drawn at random and subsequent rounds will be paired swiss style by score.
In the case of an odd number of players due to drop outs etc, we will have no choice but to award a bye each round. The bye will be an automatic win awarded to the lowest placed player that has not already had a bye. We know being awarded a bye is not fun, as everybody wants to play every round, so to compensate any player awarded a bye is welcome to £10 store credit to spend while they wait out the round.

SCENARIOS
Scenarios will be selected from the Warhammer Age of Sigmar 2024 4th edition General's Handbook - they will be selected on the day in order to maintain variety between our one day events through the year for our regular attendees.
LIST SUBMISSION
We will be using the best coast pairings app to run our events so list submission is to do done through BCP at least 24 hours before the event. Please ensure you have created yourself an account on BCP, if you have trouble finding the event on the app or submitting your list please contact us by e-mail to [email protected]
SCORING
Scoring for the event is simply 30 points for a win, 15 points for a draw, 0 points for a defeat. The first tie breaker will be strength of schedule, followed by NET VP.
SPORTSMANSHIP
It is expected all players attend with a good spirit intending to enjoy competitive games with fellow hobbyists. Unsportsmanlike behaviour will not be tolerated. In the case of a disagreement on rules we will have several player/refs in attendance and in any conflict of interest the tournament organiser will adjudicate.
