The Block Party: Outdoor Strength & Conditioning Workout
About this Event
Get outside, get moving, and enjoy one of Chicago’s best lakefront views!
The Block Party is an outdoor strength and conditioning workout designed for all fitness levels. We’ll use concrete blocks, resistance bands, dumbbells, bodyweight exercises, and cardio challenges to deliver a fun, high-energy full-body workout.
Whether you’re just getting started or already active, modifications will be provided so everyone can participate.

Equipment is limited and registration is capped at 20 participants.
