Christ Church would like to invite you and your pets to The Blessing of the Animals on Saturday, October 5, at 10 a.m. on the church lawn. The Blessing of the Animals is a service attributed to St. Francis, the patron saint of animals. Mtr. Katherine Mansfield will pray for and bless your furry, feathery, and scaly companions during this short service. We will have a photographer to take photos of you and your pets. Additionally, we will collect donations of dog supplies and food for Havaheart Rescue. Current needs include puppy training pads, leashes, dog toys (especially for larger dogs), laundry pods, and puppy kibble.
