Welcome to The Birth Blueprint Natural Childbirth Class!

Come join us at Ashtanga Yoga Charlottesville for an empowering and informative event. This class is designed to help you prepare for a natural childbirth experience, focusing on techniques to support you during labor and delivery.

Whether you are a first-time parent or looking to refresh your knowledge, this class is open to all. Join us for a supportive and educational experience as you prepare for the arrival of your little one! This is a 2 part class: October 4th AND 18th 12:30PM-4:30PM.
