A singer. songwriter who's had a guitar in his hands since 6th grade. A veteran of many bands, a husband to a high school sweetheart, dad to three daughters and a man with music in his soul, L.A. Byrd has lived a life of song.

He's raced horses, sold wine and took some time behind the mic as a radio personality with WMAD and WTSO. But no matter where his life took him, he always knew he'd end up back on the stage. In 190+. Larry formed Kydd & Byrd with longtime playing partner, Dale Kidd. That union lasted 14 years and produced two recordings, Gypsy Life in 2000 and Almost Live in '06. With Kydd & Byrd, Larry had the opportunity to open for legends like George Jones and B.J. Thomas. After a long run together, Kydd & Byrd went on their own solo journeys - and L.A. Byrd came to be. With musical "brothers" Jon Vriesacker and Lane Venden, The Byrd Brothers have shared their amazing talents and love for song. connecting with audiences throughout the Madison area, across North America and beyond.

JON VRIESACKER

Owns an impressive music resume, to say the least. He has a Bachelor of Music degree from

• LT-Madison. He's a member of the Madison Symphony Orchestra, studied at the Berkley College of Music and worked with a Pulitzer Prize-winning composer. It keeps getting better.

Jon has soloed with the Smithsonian Jazz.

Masterworks Orchestra and has been featured with violin legends Johnny Frigo and Johnny Gimble. He can be heard on recordings from Willy Porter, Freedy Johnston and Garbage and has played on an Academy Award-winning song from the movie The Motorcycle Diaries.

To sum it all up — the guy knows his way around a violin, and a fiddle.
