The Bioshares Peasants Dinner 2024

This year's Peasants Dinner is close to the Bioshares site (The Esplanade Hotel in Fremantle) so no need for buses to get us to what should be an outstanding night. For those of you who are new to Bioshares, the Peasants Dinner is the dinner on the opening night (in this case Thursday 11 July) for all of us who aren't CEOs or CFOs of biotech companies. We did it for many years at Bioshares right up until 2019 and we started it again in 2023. As per previous dinners, we will be having the Red Hat Awards for Excellence in Biotechnology, to honour some of the Peasants among us who have contributed to making our industry great over the years. The venue is The Old Courthouse, which once upon a time tried Alan Bond, as well as many other characters, but is now a fabulous local dining favourite. Enjoy.
