• Identification: Attendees must bring valid photographic identification. Entry may be refused where identification cannot be verified.
• Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes before the event. Activities will begin promptly at 1:00 PM. Late arrival may result in missed activities or refusal of entry without a refund.
• Tickets: All tickets are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• Conduct: All attendees are expected to maintain Islamic etiquette, treat others respectfully and behave appropriately throughout the event.
• Safety: The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone displaying inappropriate, disruptive or threatening behaviour, without a refund where lawful.
• Restricted attendees: Individuals previously banned or restricted from attending The Nikkah Network events may be refused admission.
• Event arrangements: The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event arrangements or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances or to maintain a suitable attendee balance. Where an amended date is unsuitable, credit towards a future event may be offered, without affecting statutory rights.
• Photography: Photographs and videos may be taken for promotional purposes. Please inform the organisers if you do not wish to be photographed or filmed.
• Participation: Activities may be organised in rotations to ensure attendees have opportunities to participate. Availability of individual games may be subject to venue arrangements.
