The Big Thank You BBQ

First Responders and your families: please join us so that we can say thank you! We'd love to meet you and provide some fun and good food!

We'll be serving both lunch and dinner, so join us for whatever suits your schedule! We'd even love to see some families join all afternoon - there is plenty to do right around the picnic area (playground, lake views, and nearby nature trails). We'll also have some outdoor games set up. The raffle drawing will be at 5 pm.

For food, we'll be providing smoked ribs, pork and chicken, as well as burgers and hot dogs. We'll have plenty of sides, drinks and cookies as well.

**No RSVP is necessary, but we would appreciate your family's RSVP to help our planning! We'll be covering the parking fee for all of our guests.**

Directions to Picnic Shelter #5 in Red Top Mountain State Park:

From south entrance (Glade Rd): Follow Glade Rd northward into the the Red Top Mountain State Park. Once in the park, this main road is called Red Top Mountain Rd. Stay on Red Top Mountain Rd, pass the Trading Post, and follow signs to Red Top Beach (turn right onto Red Top Beach Rd). You will reach a parking lot where you can see the sign for Picnic Shelter #5.

From west (Bethany Bridge) entrance (I-75/Red Top Mountain Rd): Take I-75 to Exit 285 (Red Top Mountain Rd). Turn east onto Red Top Mountain Rd. Soon you will cross Bethany Bridge into the park. Follow signs to Red Top Beach (turn left onto Red Top Beach Rd). You will reach a parking lot where you can see the sign for Picnic Shelter #5.
