This is your last chance of the year to catch them in action, all in the hot, fun, and sweaty intimate Canteen: The Big R are going to blow the bloody doors off.
Led by all round good egg, & Bristol's best dressed drummer, Richie Paradise and his chums will have you Lindy hopping, Balbaoing, Jiving, Jitterbugging, Shagging (it's not what you think), and much more. This band are Savoy savvy, so if you’re desperate for some Duke, or begging for Basie, Big R have got you covered.
Dashing, debonair, dandy and dapper, the classic swing tunes of the 30's and 40's are sounding, and looking, pretty damn good.
Although free there will be a collection for the band, card and cash, all will be gratefully accepted.
