Brought to you by The Happy Homo Project – after last year’s debut, we are back BIGGER and BETTER for 2025. Meet and connect with other like-minded LGBTQIA+ humans (and allies) to do some fun, challenging stuff on Coogee Beach.
However you identify, all are welcome to enjoy a wholesome morning of icebreaker activities (get it), breathwork, cold immersion… and a silent disco party courtesy of our friends at Disco Peeps! 
This is a safe, inclusive space where you can be yourself while boosting your resilience, mood, and mental health. Whether you want to set yourself up right for the parties later on, or just fancy hanging out with some soon-to-be new friends at the beach, this is the place to be.

What? An hour of icebreaker activities, breathwork, ice baths, and silent disco

When? Saturday 22 February, 7:30-8:30 am (please arrive 5-10 mins early for a prompt start time)
