? Registration Details:
We have met our Registration Max, we will no longer be accepting registrations or payments.
? Important Information for Participants:
Set-up time will be assigned based on space location.
You must be set up by 8:00 AM and cannot take down before 3:00 PM.
Parking for your vehicle will be provided at the rear of the Firehouse after unloading.
You are responsible for your own tables and setup.
Please remove any leftover items or trash after the event.
Berryville Main Street is not responsible for accidents, damage to merchandise, or vehicles.
Registration and payment must be completed prior to the event. Unregistered participants must contact The Big Flea staff for setup location on arrival.
? Rules and Regulations:
Ensure tables or merchandise do not block pedestrian traffic.
Maintain a 3-foot walkway and set up close to buildings if on a sidewalk.
No inappropriate, offensive, or illegal items allowed.
Limited food or bake sale opportunities available for non-profit groups (must be approved and registered).
