The Big Bulb Plant at Alexandra Park

We'll be getting stuck into bulb planting whilst learning all about the importance of early-flowering plants. Help bring a splash of colour to the park by planting bulbs which will brighten up the first few months of the year, and provide an early food source for insects.

Look out for our Parks Activators, we'll meet by the café.

Please wear weather appropriate clothing which you don't mind getting dirty and sturdy shoes or boots. All tools and equipment will be provided, you're welcome to bring your own gardening gloves if you have them and a reusable mug for a hot drink.
