There’s a lovely big grass field next to the pub where we’ll all have a braai from 1pm and then we’ll head into the pub for a jive. 

Bring your own braai meat tongs deck chairs etc. (Don’t worry if you aren’t able to bring your own braai as we’ll bring a few with space for others too). Please note that meat won’t be sold at the venue so best to bring some along👍

If there’s a bit of rain please bring your gazebos as rain won’t cancel this event. 

For allowing us to use their grounds please support the pub and buy your drinks from them. We kindly request that you don’t bring your own drinks onto the premises. Thanks 

The amazing Peace of Afrika will be selling delicious treats like milk tart peppermint crisp and koeksisters etc. Cash and card accepted. Pre-orders are also welcome: https://www.facebook.com/peaceofafrika

Africa and the Zoo will be there to sell handmade African bucket hats men’s safari hats beautiful bespoke beaded products ladies clothing and jewellery.

Cheeky Picasso will be doing animal face painting for the kids! They’re so talented that they’ll be able to do portraits of your pets too. 

Come meet some fellow Saffas and make some friends. 

Kids and dogs are welcome. No entrance fee and no need to book just come along and kuier. 🍖🍻. Please click ‘going’ on the event👍

Plenty free parking on site right next to the field. Just a note that if you park at Almondsbury Creative please remember to input your car registration on the tablet in the pub so you don’t get a fine 🚗

Just a note to say that it’s been requested that we don’t set up any disposable barbecues or similar due to grass fire risk. We will have our usual ones available..but please bring some charcoal. Thanks 👍
