This dedicated session is designed to provide a calmer environment with:
* Reduced capacity
* No music
* A more relaxed atmosphere
Guests attending this session are welcome to remain during the following public session if they wish, however please be aware it will become significantly busier and louder.
Please note: our outdoor events are held in open spaces and are not fully fenced in.

Safety is always our top priority. In the event of poor weather conditions, including heavy rain or high winds, the event may be postponed and rescheduled to an alternative date.
While refunds are not offered, all tickets will remain valid for the new event date or can be exchanged for a credit note to use at another Big Bounce Tour event (We have plenty of events booked for this year)
