The Bid Development Cycle In-Person Workshops
About this Event
The Broward County Office of Economic and Small Business Development (OESBD) invites you to attend The Bid Development Cycle, a two‑part, in‑person workshop series designed to help certified County Business Enterprise (CBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) firms, and all businesses in Broward County to better understand and navigate Broward County’s bid development and evaluation processes.
This July workshop series provides a foundational, high‑level overview of how to successfully prepare for and respond to County solicitations. Participants will gain insight into key bid components, evaluation criteria, and how to prepare effective vendor presentations for County Evaluation Committees. These sessions are open to all businesses operating in Broward County.
Important: Attendance at both July sessions is required for firms wishing to apply for the advanced, in‑depth cohort series offered in September. The September program will accept only 40 certified firms, selected through a competitive application process. Participants accepted into the September cohort will receive a comprehensive bid preparation toolbox.
